Wildfire opened this River North flagship in December 1995 as a Lettuce Entertain You concept — spit- and oven-roasted entrees, hardwood-grilled signatures, prime rib — and it's since grown to seven locations across three states, the Oak Brook location following in December 1998.

The Chopped Salad is the order regulars build their whole meal around, side dishes and entrees included.

Hand-cut steaks and chops, a dedicated gluten-free menu including GF bread and dessert, and a $30 two-course lunch during Chicago Restaurant Week.
