Most regulars split the difference with a combo, pairing skirt steak with longanisa or tocino, or bangus with Spam, so they can try two meats on one plate.
The Manila omelette adds chicken to the usual vegetables, and lunch runs to burgers, clubs, a skirt steak sandwich and a Reuben for the table member who refuses rice before noon. Breakfast and lunch are served all day, every day, from 6am to 2pm, so this is a morning-only operation: plan accordingly. Order pickup through Toast, get delivery on Grubhub, DoorDash or Uber Eats, or pick up an Uncle Mike's T-shirt from the merch store.
