Inside, three candlelit salons and a sprawling marble bar serve pre-Prohibition-style cocktails built by a program head mixologist Toby Maloney literally wrote a book about (The Bartender's Manifesto, also James Beard-winning). The closest thing to a signature drink is the Hush and Wonder — a daiquiri-style pour of rum, lime, and sugar, textured with grapefruit bitters and a rinse of crème de violette for a floral note that gives the whole bar its name's logic away.
The list rotates seasonally rather than staying static, which means repeat visits actually reward curiosity instead of just reordering the same thing. This isn't a bar for a quick drink on the way somewhere else — it's the destination, and it's built to be treated that way.
