The space itself used to be Emmit's Irish Pub, and the transformation is dramatic — Kehoe Designs reworked the room with velvet drapes, warm wooden tones, and a fully restored grand bar that anchors the space as a genuine centerpiece rather than just a service counter. The drink program leans into 'unique riffs on classic libations' rather than chasing trend-driven novelty cocktails, while the kitchen keeps things playful and low-stakes with bar snacks like pigs in a blanket and double crunch chicken nuggets — elevated room, unpretentious food.

It sits right at West Town's historic six-corners intersection, a genuinely distinctive stretch of the neighborhood where Milwaukee, Ogden, and Halsted all converge. Hours run evening-only, starting at 4:30pm and stretching to 2am on weekends, and walk-ins are explicitly welcome at the bar even though reservations are available through OpenTable for anyone wanting a guaranteed seat.
