The substance backs up the gimmick: 28 rotating premium flavors scooped into homemade waffle cones, soft serve made at 10% butterfat instead of the industry-standard 6%, and a signature 'Poseidon swirl' that riffs on a candy-packed blizzard.
Beyond the basics, there's a genuinely deep sundae menu — more than ten options — plus Greek-inspired specialties and a blueberry ice cream mixed with bits of chocolate-covered waffle cone, the kind of small textural detail that separates a destination shop from a corner scoop stand.
