The room looks exactly like you'd expect from the designer behind it: dark wood, hunting-lodge art, and a genuinely old-money English-club atmosphere that doesn't feel like a theme, just an extension of the clothing. Early on, the restaurant struggled to connect with the local Chicago crowd under an outside New York restaurant group; it found its footing after the ownership team behind Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse took over management, and it's run as a serious American menu ever since, not just a boutique's café.
Service runs 11AM to 11PM daily, no closed day on the calendar.
