Owner Ashlee Aubin, who cut his teeth at Alinea before shifting to the front of house and wine list here, splits kitchen duties with chefs Katie Wasielewski and Aaron Patten, who came over from Acadia and Moody Tongue -- serious pedigree for a neighborhood spot that opened in October 2022 inside Bucktown's old Izakaya Mita space. The wine list leans European and natural: 14 wines by the glass and more than 60 bottles, most under $100, built around low-ABV sippers and food designed to be wine-friendly rather than the main event.
