The kitchen runs long hours — open past midnight on weekends — and the menu leans into things worth making from scratch: pub wings sold by the pound, tavern-style pizza, a genuinely homemade mac and cheese. It's dog-friendly, which tells you something about the laid-back, regulars-first atmosphere the place is going for rather than a destination-dining pitch.
This is the kind of spot locals build a weekly habit around rather than a special-occasion stop.
