📍 1401 N Wells St, Chicago, IL 60610

Orso's has been serving straightforward Italian-American red-sauce classics on Wells Street for over 40 years, which in a neighborhood that turns over restaurants every few seasons counts as an institution.

Rigatoni paisano and a 14-inch pizza anchor the menu, and it's the kind of place families have been going to for decades rather than a reservation anyone's fighting for online.

No happy hour or coupon here — Orso's trades on consistency, not promotions.
