A 2018 trade piece on the opening described the transformation bluntly: an old gas station and garage turned into what it called a hip trattoria, built to bring family, friends, and neighbors together over Italian cooking, with an emphasis on fresh, well-sourced produce. Eric Fosse later went on to open Glencoe's Guildhall as well.
The restaurant runs dinner service only, closed Mondays, with reservations through SevenRooms for parties up to six and a separate request form for larger groups; curbside pickup runs through Toast and delivery through Grubhub.
