Founders Adam Cieslak and Ari Megalis go back to 2005 as home brewers and distillers; production started on-site in 2014, with the taproom lounge following in 2017. The 'Son of Juice' hazy IPA, hop water, and infused seltzers anchor the beer side, while the distilling program has picked up steam post-COVID, now distributing to Missouri, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Kansas and taking home ten medals (two of them Gold) at the 2025 San Francisco International Spirits Competition.
Lounge Lager runs $6/pint, and Wednesdays bring a $22 double-patty-burger-fries-and-a-beer-plus-shot combo.
