The company's coffee gets served at the Roselle Metra station on weekday mornings, and a 90-minute roaster tour walks visitors through sourcing and roasting with a live demonstration rather than just a tasting. In September 2023, Behrens and partner Molly Duntemann bought a St. Charles riverfront cafe called Kava Diem and rebranded it as Maple Leaf Coffee House in January 2024, giving the brand its first real cafe alongside the original beans-only Roselle roastery.
