John's Food & Wine runs on a simple premise executed with real sommelier chops: a seasonal American menu that changes every single week, paired against a wine list serious enough to land Wine Director Owen Huzar — a Four Seasons alum — a 2026 Jean Banchet Sommelier of the Year nomination.
