The menu set the template the other locations still follow: cold-pressed juices and smoothie bowls alongside straightforward coffee, plus sandwiches, salads, giant soft pretzels, and bakery items that round it into a real meal stop, not just a coffee counter. Two more locations (Northbrook, Hinsdale) are in the pipeline as of this writing but not yet open, which makes this four-location footprint (Glencoe, Winnetka, Lake Forest, Glenview) still a genuinely local North Shore story rather than a chain that's lost its original identity.
Being the flagship carries a little extra weight here -- this is the location that proved the concept before anyone knew there'd be a second one.
