The family-owned operation has since grown well beyond that first storefront: it now runs five Chicagoland locations total (Devon, Lincoln Park, UIC, Lombard, and Des Plaines), with the UIC location running a full 24 hours and the Lincoln Park location open until 2am, each with its own slightly different menu and pricing. The food is built for volume and value -- chicken biryani runs under $11 across locations, butter chicken (regular or boneless) stays in the $10-12 range, and the Lincoln Park location's gyro-paratha mashup speaks to how the menu has adapted city-by-city even while staying halal throughout.
Giant biryani and paratha-roll plates remain the calling card, available around the clock at the UIC store and late into the night everywhere else.
