What sets Galati's apart is a genuinely unusual touch for a small-town Italian spot: its own vegetable garden supplying the kitchen, paired with a serene patio built for actual summer dining rather than a few plastic tables out front.
It's the kind of detail that suggests a restaurant invested in doing things properly rather than coasting on a standard red-sauce menu.
