Flo has spent 15 years on this stretch of Chicago Avenue doing something few West Town brunch spots bother with: real New Mexico-style cooking, not a vague Tex-Mex stand-in.

Green-chili enchiladas and huevos rancheros anchor the menu, and the Infatuation's advice holds up — anything with chorizo, huevos, enchiladas or chili in the name is the safer bet than wandering elsewhere on the menu. A Fruity Pebble French Toast keeps one foot in classic diner-brunch territory for anyone not in the mood for chile. **Worth knowing before you plan a visit: the building at 1434 W. Chicago Ave. has been sold, and Flo has announced it will close for good on December 20, 2026** after a decade and a half in the neighborhood — no word yet on whether it'll resurface somewhere else.
