The owner told ABC7 back in 2010 that the restaurant had carved out space for vegan diners roughly a decade earlier, putting its vegetarian commitment at over 25 years running by now. The soy al pastor tacos get the strongest reviews -- reviewers who otherwise eat meat regularly call them good on their own terms -- and the burritos stay sized for two to split.
Vegan diners should still ask about dairy, since cheese isn't automatically swapped out across the whole menu. Closed Sundays.
