The real sleeper hit, by multiple independent accounts, is the parmesan truffle fries with aioli: a side dish specific and good enough that it's pulled repeat visits on its own, independent of the ramen. Open in Chinatown Square since 2019, this is a real neighborhood ramen shop with genuine fans and genuine critics — worth forming your own opinion on rather than trusting either extreme.
