Cork + Oak Whisky Wine & Tapas opened in the former Pour On Roy space at the corner of Roy Street and Ridge Road in October 2025, and about a year in it's settled into exactly the role the owners pitched: a speakeasy-style wine-and-whisky bar for a stretch of the south suburbs that didn't really have one.

The dining room runs upscale-casual — charbroiled oysters, whipped ricotta, steak frites and seafood frites, a Cajun pasta — while a separate lounge peels off for cocktails, late-night bites and a louder, 21-and-up social scene (the main dining room is 18+). Expect live music and karaoke nights on the calendar, consistent with the speakeasy framing the owners used when they were still finishing the build-out.

Entrees land mostly in the $31-$50 range, and OpenTable lists a general 'Happy Hour' amenity without posted specifics — worth confirming by phone if that's the draw.
