Cindy's Rooftop

Iconic/NotableThe Loop · Rooftop Bar Community-sourced, unverified
📍 12 S Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60603

Cindy's sits on the 13th floor of the Chicago Athletic Association, a landmark 1893 building — originally an elite men's club — restored into a boutique hotel with Roman & Williams interiors, colossal fireplaces, and 19th-century stained glass.

The 13th-floor terrace view over Millennium Park and Cloud Gate, from a landmark 1893 building restored by Roman & Williams.

The restaurant is named for Cindy Pritzker, the late Pritzker family matriarch, whose Andy Warhol portrait hangs inside; the open-air terrace looks straight over Millennium Park, Cloud Gate, and the Art Institute.

Dining reservations are bookable up to 14 days out; the terrace itself is walk-in standing room, and the cocktail list changes seasonally rather than leaning on one fixed signature drink.
