The Batavia restaurant, like its sister locations, is closed on Sundays. Press coverage on the chain is sparse and sometimes inconsistent about who exactly founded it, with one 2019 report naming Hernandez as founder and a later piece naming Favela as co-founder, but both agree it's grown into one of the more reliable fast-casual Mexican options in the collar suburbs.
