Baltic

Harwood Heights (suburb) · Polish Community-sourced, unverified
📍 7352 W Lawrence Ave, Harwood Heights, IL 60706

Baltic earns a real critical nod from TimeOut Chicago — not just a listing, an actual review calling the food 'Polish food at its best: hearty, yes, but fresh and flavorful with a homespun quality.' At roughly $8 a main course, it's a genuine value play, the kind of unpretentious ethnic restaurant that punches well above its price point without chasing trend-driven reinvention.

A Harwood Heights Polish restaurant TimeOut Chicago specifically reviewed and praised as 'hearty, fresh, and homespun,' with mains around $8.

For Harwood Heights' dense cluster of ethnic dining options, this is one specifically singled out by a credible outside critic rather than just appearing on a generic local-favorites list.
