Their pitch is American fried chicken classics run through the flavors they picked up living and eating across East Asia. Start with the jumbo wings in Kangnam style, a sweet-and-savory Korean glaze in mild or spicy, which Yoo has named as one of the two most popular things on the menu. The other is the Chili Buffalo sandwich: a panko-fried breast with chili buffalo drizzle, pickled jalapeños and garlic parmesan aioli on buttered brioche. The namesake 10Q swaps in pickled radish and togarashi mayo. Rice bowls (Korean BBQ, Fire, Katsu, plus two tofu versions for vegetarians) and panko tenders with a long list of dipping sauces round it out, and the fries go as far as buffalo nacho.
It's cheap by design. The Daily Northwestern named it Evanston's best budget menu in 2024, with sandwiches under $10 and tenders under $9, and it's a short walk from the Davis stop. There's no running deal to report. The kitchen is peanut- and seafood-free, which matters if you're feeding someone with allergies. Open every day from 11AM to 10PM, with online ordering for pickup or delivery.
