Don Omar: The Last King World Tour
About This Event
Don Omar — born William Omar Landrón Rivera — built his reputation as one of reggaeton's defining voices through the 2000s, starting out as a songwriter and backup vocalist for Héctor & Tito before going solo with 2003's The Last Don.
His 2006 album King of Kings became a genre landmark: it debuted at No. 7 on the Billboard 200, the highest chart position a reggaeton album had reached at the time, while also topping the Latin charts outright. He announced his retirement from touring in 2017 after a run of farewell shows in Puerto Rico, then returned to music the following year.
