sombr: You Are the Reason Tour

About This Event

Shane Michael Boose writes and produces everything himself under the name sombr — a stage name that doubles as his initials (SMB) and, by his own account, a nod to a hard stretch he was going through at the time. 'Back to Friends,' the song that made him, came out in December 2024 on Warner Records and his own imprint; it entered the Hot 100 the following spring, peaked at No. 7, topped Billboard's Pop Airplay chart, and became his first song to pass a billion Spotify streams. It also won Best Alternative at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards.

The You Are the Reason Tour is the arena follow-through on that run, with The Last Dinner Party opening.

Worth knowing: ticket sites disagree on the exact night — most list Wednesday, Nov 4, but at least one lists Thursday, Nov 5. Confirm the date on Ticketmaster before buying. Resale prices currently start around $62–$109 depending on the seller.
