KATSEYE: The Wildworld Tour
About This Event
One of pop's fastest-rising acts of the last two years, and the Wildworld Tour is their first swing through arenas rather than theaters — a real measure of how fast the ceiling moved on this six-member, multinational group.
KATSEYE didn't form the traditional way — they were built, on camera, through a 2023 reality competition called Dream Academy, a joint venture between HYBE (the company behind BTS) and Geffen Records specifically designed to create a group that would 'transcend national, cultural, and artistic boundaries.' More than 120,000 people applied; twenty finalists trained and competed through a Netflix docuseries before six were chosen, representing the Philippines, South Korea, Switzerland, and the U.S. They debuted in June 2024, and it took barely two years to go from reality-show contestants to a headlining arena tour.
