International Wine and Spirits Trade Show
About This Event
Trade-focused wine/spirits show on Italian wine in the US — blind tastings, industry panels.
This is Chicago's stop for Vinitaly.USA, the American arm of Italy's biggest wine trade fair. The most recent Chicago edition brought roughly 250 Italian wineries and consortia to Navy Pier — a combined $7 billion in turnover — including heavy hitters like Antinori, Frescobaldi, Ferrari, and Zonin, plus a strong showing of Prosecco houses. It also debuted the wine2wine Business Forum on American soil and a preview of wineries selected for OperaWine, run in partnership with Wine Spectator.
Worth knowing: despite the name, this isn't a walk-up public tasting event — it's built for industry buyers, distributors, and press. If you're not in the trade, check the ticket link before planning a visit around it.
