A rare after-hours excuse to wander the Field Museum with a beer in hand — 65+ breweries (3 Floyds, Revolution, Half Acre and beyond) pouring against a backdrop of select open exhibits, 40 tasting vouchers per ticket. Late-February timing means it lands square in the dead of winter, exactly when an indoor festival built around SUE the T. rex sounds appealing.
