Wright's Brew & Bistro has a genuinely unusual claim to make inside a hotel restaurant: its own house beer, Wright's Honey Ale, made in collaboration with Tighthead Brewing Co. using honey harvested from beehives kept right there on the resort property.

$$$

A house beer, Wright's Honey Ale, made with honey harvested from beehives kept on the resort's own property — a real, specific detail rare for a hotel restaurant.

That's not a marketing flourish most hotel bars can make. The bistro-style food menu covers lunch and dinner with the kind of approachable, crowd-pleasing fare a resort restaurant needs to serve both overnight guests and locals dropping in.

For a restaurant tucked inside the Chicago Marriott Lincolnshire Resort, it's built a genuine local identity around that one beer rather than coasting purely on hotel foot traffic.
