Executive Chef Yuji Hayashi runs a menu that's grown from ramen-only into a full izakaya/bar program and sushi list, which is why this is a genuinely different stop than its sister restaurant Ichi by Torino across town: a bigger, bar-forward space rather than the smaller-format sibling. The Tuesday-through-Thursday happy hour, 4 to 7 PM at the bar, is the move if you want the food without the weekend wait — reservations are recommended because this place fills up.
Expect a $31-$50 per-person range on a normal visit, cocktails and beer alongside the ramen, and both gluten-free and vegan options if the table's needs are mixed.
