The Globe Pub

Food + DrinkNorth Center · American Bar Food Community-sourced, unverified
📍 1934 W Irving Park Rd, Chicago, IL 60613

The Globe Pub built its whole identity around a schedule most Chicago bars ignore: it opens early — sometimes absurdly early — to show European soccer matches airing at odd morning hours for fans whose clubs play a continent and several time zones away.

The Infatuation pegs the house allegiance to Arsenal, but the room fills for whichever match is on, and the Chicago Fire has run small-business features on it as a genuine supporters' hangout.

A long draft list and a straightforward bar-food menu round out a space that's less about the cocktail list and more about having somewhere loud, friendly, and open at 7AM on a Saturday when your team's kicking off across the ocean.
