A seitan gyro comes close enough to the real thing to win over skeptics, a Cajun black bean burger with sauteed onion, mushroom, spinach, and fried jalapeno holds its own against any beef version, and seitan bacon is recommended even to omnivores rounding out a breakfast combo. Vegan chocolate-chip pancakes and a cinnamon roll close out the sweeter end.
