Chef Jeff Mahin brought it to Lincoln Park in fall 2019 with Chef/Partner Francis Brennan and RJ, Jerrod, and Molly Melman of Lettuce Entertain You — the Chicago restaurant group their father Rich Melman built into 120-plus restaurants since 1971, so this is a homegrown operator's take on importing a West Coast concept, not a franchise deal.

The prime ribeye steak frites and ancho-marinated Amish chicken tacos are the full-price menu's actual draw once you're past the all-day deal.
