Weekend hours stretch later on Friday, trim down by Sunday evening, and the whole operation leans into being a neighborhood production taproom rather than a polished bar — the kind of place where you're as likely to run into the people who made what's in your glass as anyone else. For a West Side neighborhood without a deep bar scene, Right Bee has quietly become one of the more distinctive reasons to make the trip.
