PrimeTime Bar & Grill (also listed as PrimeTime Sports Bar) opened in 2023 and has built what Resy's staff picks called "steady buzz" in just a couple years on this stretch of Lawrence Avenue in Albany Park.

The Infatuation gave it a 7.5 -- its "Good" tier -- in a March 2024 review by John Ringor, who singled out the smashburger fries (two chopped patties, cheese, grilled onions, jalapenos) and a crispy-patty quesadilla finished with sweet-and-spicy Maggi ketchup; Time Out separately calls out a double smashburger with bacon, grilled onions, lettuce, pickles, and a signature sauce. The charred patties do enough work that both reviews say the burgers are worth the trip even with zero interest in whatever game's on the TVs.

It runs quiet on nights with no Chicago teams playing, busier with locals most other nights, and recent OpenTable reviews are a mixed bag. Closed Tuesdays.
