The West Town shop finally opened in June 2022, in the former home of Gelato Greco on Chicago Avenue, with Petrykowski making every flavor in-house using only natural ingredients — no concentrates, no colorings.
The lineup ranges from straightforward classics like an 80%-strawberry sorbet to genuinely unusual creations: milk chocolate with porcini mushrooms, a vegan spinach-and-tangerine sorbet, and a chocolate-pistachio "Dubai" bar riffing on the viral dessert trend. It's a small space — a handful of seats inside, a patio out back — and a real family operation, not a chain outpost.
