Noodles Pho U

Iconic/NotableBolingbrook (suburb) · Vietnamese Community-sourced, unverified
📍 546 E Boughton Rd, Bolingbrook, IL 60440

Noodles Pho U is a straightforward neighborhood Vietnamese spot on Boughton Road, serving pho, fried rice, crab rangoon, and summer rolls to a suburb that's otherwise light on the cuisine — Bolingbrook's other Vietnamese options are thinner than its Mexican and Italian scene, which makes a solid pho counter a real find rather than one option among many.

$

It keeps a low public profile — no flashy press coverage, no viral menu item — but Uber Eats has it holding a strong 4.6 rating, the kind of number that suggests consistent execution over flash.

This is the kind of listing that's honest about its own thinness: there isn't a dramatic backstory or a signature dish that's made local news, just a real, well-reviewed bowl of pho in a part of Will County that could use more of them.
