The South Loop original remains the flagship: a two-Michelin-starred restaurant and brewery established in 2014 and moved into its larger current space in 2019. The Dining Room is an intimate 28-seat tasting-menu concept now described as running 10-plus courses, paired with curated beer selections rather than wine, while The Bar next door is a looser, a la carte tasting room built around a rotating mix of seasonal, perennial, and specialty beers. Brewmaster Jared Rouben gets called out on the company's own site as "acclaimed," the name behind the beer program that earned the Michelin recognition in the first place.
The on-site brewery is in the basement and offers tours on request, and the restaurant scored 8.5/10 in a comprehensive review of every Michelin-starred restaurant in Chicago. Closed Sunday through Tuesday.
