The menu covers a lot of ground for a single spot — Spicy Bluefin Tuna Crispy Rice and a Triple Tuna maki sit alongside a Japanese A5 Wagyu New York Strip and Royal Osetra Caviar for anyone treating the view as an occasion. Breakfast and brunch lean more approachable (buttermilk pancakes, a Tokyo Breakfast King Salmon plate), and an afternoon Lounge Menu from 2 to 5pm gives a lower-stakes way to claim a terrace seat without committing to the full dinner price tag.
Worth knowing before the check arrives: a 3.5% service surcharge gets added automatically, removable if you ask. It's less a destination for the most exciting Japanese cooking in the city and more a reliable, good-looking room to put a view-seeking dinner or a big-occasion caviar order in front of.
