Estereo runs the full length of the day out of a garage-door storefront on Milwaukee Avenue in Logan Square, opening as a coffee counter before pivoting into a Latin American cocktail bar by afternoon — the same space, the same vinyl collection of Latin and Caribbean records spinning the whole time, just a different drink in hand depending on when you show up.

One bar that runs coffee by day, Latin American cocktails (pisco, raicilla, cachaca) by afternoon, and tacos/arepas until close — all under the same roll-up garage doors and vinyl soundtrack, dog-friendly throughout.

From the team behind the Sportsman's Club and Scofflaw, the cocktail list runs through pisco, raicilla, cachaca, mezcal, and rum rather than defaulting to the usual tequila-and-mezcal shorthand, with a house highball built on yerba mate, falernum, soda, and lime as the thing to order if you can't decide. Tacos and arepas run until close, which matters more than it sounds like it should — most bars this focused on the drink program let the kitchen check out early.

It's dog-friendly, the garage doors roll up in summer, and a 4.4-star rating backs up what's otherwise a pretty specific pitch: one bar, three dayparts, no apology for any of them.
