Rumble in the Jungle cocktail

Co-owner Dino Vulpitta's bar program leans into both the familiar and the inventive: a frozen Naked and Famous swaps the usual mezcal-forward balance toward something more sippable, while the Rumble in the Jungle stacks sotol and mezcal with maraschino and mango syrup for something that reads more adventurous than a standard tiki menu. A Jungle Bird rounds out the classics for anyone who wants the familiar reference point.

The room itself leans into island-themed decor and local art rather than a kitschy theme-park version of tropical, and a recurring 'Tropical Sunday Funday' event series keeps the calendar moving beyond a standard Thursday-through-Saturday nightlife window. It's a late-night room more than an early-evening one — don't expect this to be a casual after-work stop, but it's a real find for Humboldt Park nightlife that doesn't require a trip downtown for a well-made tiki drink.
