DixiePura Kitchen

Food + DrinkBronzeville · Southern / Southeast Asian Community-sourced, unverified
📍 325 E Pershing Rd, Chicago, IL 60653
Photo: DixiePura Kitchen via Google

A Bronzeville restaurant from chef Chloe Gould that pairs her Southern cooking roots with Southeast Asian flavors she picked up teaching in Singapore — a genuinely unusual combination for the neighborhood, built around Gould's own story rather than a borrowed concept.

She also runs catering, personal-chef work, and kids' culinary classes under the same DixiePura name.
