Happy hour is the easiest way in, and unusually it runs on Saturdays too: Tuesday through Friday from 4 to 6pm and Saturday from 11am to 3pm. Draft beer is half price (Abita Amber, Half Acre Pony Pils, Off Color Apex Predator, as available), and an $11 Mardi Gras Punch or margarita covers the cocktail side.
The food is the real draw: $6 sliders built on fried chicken thighs, either Louisiana-style with aioli and pickle or with hot honey on a house-made biscuit; a $7 short-rib steak burger slider with bacon and cheddar; $8 debris fries under gravy and roast beef; $11 gochujang wings; and $11 voodoo cauliflower. It's closed Sunday and Monday, open 11am to 9pm Tuesday through Thursday and until 10pm Friday and Saturday, with online ordering for pickup.
