A newer "Modu Monday" tasting menu ($95/guest) has since launched, which is worth flagging since the on-file hours still say Monday and Tuesday are closed -- that may no longer be accurate. Reviews are sparse but glowing: 5.0 on Tripadvisor, though the sample size (barely into double digits) is small enough that it reads more like early buzz than an established track record yet.
