Black Briar took over the old Bar Takito space in Fulton Market and replaced it with something a lot more serious — a coal-fired American restaurant from Jimmy Papadopoulos (Bellemore, Bohemian House) and his former Bellemore colleague Tim Anderson, with a raw bar built around chilled seafood and oysters.
