The regular menu runs comida criolla classics like aji de gallina alongside street-food bites straight off Lima's sidewalks, and on weekends the whole place turns into a sangucheria, slinging sandwiches like pan con chicharron. The restaurant has since pivoted to a simplified 'polleria' format after opening a second location, Lima Restaurant, which now carries the full original menu The lomo saltado remains a proper Peruvian classic, and the pollo a la brasa next to it is the order regulars split between the two.
